Prompts提示

Sixty prompts, and the kind of result each one should produce.六十個用得上的提示,以及結果大概長什麼樣子。

Ten each for office work, play, personal life, study, images, and video. Replace the brackets with your own material. Text results were written for this page to show the shape of a good answer. They are not a transcript from a live model. Image results are example stills, not an official output from a vendor. Video results describe the clip, so you can compare the one you generate. This page does not host the video file.辦公、娛樂、個人、讀書、圖像、影片,各十則。把括號裡的內容換成你自己的材料。文字結果是為這一頁寫的,用來示範一份好回答長什麼樣子,不是某個模型的即時逐字稿。圖像是示例靜態圖,不是廠商的官方輸出。影片寫的是片段裡應該出現什麼,方便你跟自己生成的片子對一下。這一頁沒有附影片檔。

Copy follows the language you are reading. Many image models follow an English prompt more closely. Seedream and Qwen-Image are stronger with Chinese. Which tool to open, and which file to download, is on the image page and the local file table.複製時會跟著你正在看的語言。很多圖像模型對英文提示比較聽話。Seedream 和 Qwen-Image 對中文比較強。該開哪個工具、該下載哪個檔,在影像頁和本機檔案表。

01

Paste your own notes over the brackets. The sample result uses a small product team so you can see the shape: owners, dates, and what was not decided.把括號換成你自己的筆記。示例用了一個小產品團隊,讓你看見形狀:負責人、日期,以及還沒決定的事。

01 · Meeting notes01 · 會議紀錄

The notes are messy, and people will later argue about what was decided.筆記很亂,之後很可能會吵「當時到底決定了什麼」。

Clean these meeting notes into a record other people can trust. Do not invent decisions. If something was only discussed, put it under open questions.

Notes:
[paste notes]

Return four parts: decisions with an owner, actions with an owner and a date if one was said, open questions, and a summary of at most six lines.請把這些會議筆記整理成別人可以信任的紀錄。不要自己補決定。只討論過、還沒決定的,放到「還沒定的問題」。

筆記:
[貼上筆記]

請分成四段:決定(寫負責人)、待辦(寫負責人;有說到日期就寫日期)、還沒定的問題、最多六行的摘要。

Example result結果示例

Decisions - Launch moves from 12 Oct to 19 Oct. Owner: Mei. Actions - Mei sends the revised homepage copy by Thursday 16:00. - Jon checks the iOS checkout error and reports on Friday. Open questions - Whether the Mandarin page ships in the same release. Not decided. Summary The date slipped one week because checkout fails on iOS. Copy is the only content still open. Do not announce 12 Oct again.決定 - 上線從 10 月 12 日改到 10 月 19 日。負責人:Mei。 待辦 - Mei 週四 16:00 前交首頁改寫。 - Jon 查 iOS 結帳錯誤,週五回報。 還沒定的問題 - 中文頁要不要跟這次一起上。尚未決定。 摘要 日期延一週,是因為 iOS 結帳會失敗。內容只剩文案還沒定。不要再對外說 10 月 12 日。

02 · Shorter email02 · 把信寫短

You already wrote the email. It is too long, or it sounds angry.信已經寫了,可是太長,或聽起來在生氣。

Rewrite this email so it is shorter, calmer, and specific. Keep my meaning. Do not add an apology I did not ask for. End with one clear request and a date.

Email:
[paste email]請把這封信改得更短、更平靜、更具體。保留我的意思。我沒有要道歉的話,不要幫我加。結尾只留一個明確請求,並寫上日期。

信:
[貼上信件]

Example result結果示例

Subject: Homepage copy by Thursday Mei, the 12 Oct launch date is no longer possible. Checkout fails on iOS, so we moved the launch to 19 Oct. Please send the revised homepage copy by Thursday 16:00. I will review it the same day. Jon主旨:週四前的首頁文案 Mei,10 月 12 日已經無法上線。iOS 結帳會失敗,所以改到 10 月 19 日。 請在週四 16:00 前把改過的首頁文案傳給我。我當天會看。 Jon

03 · Actions from a thread03 · 從討論串抽出待辦

A long thread has two real tasks buried in it.很長的討論串裡,其實只有兩件要做的事。

Read this thread. List only actions a person must take. Ignore opinions and thanks. If two people might own one action, say so instead of guessing. If there is no date, write "no date".

Thread:
[paste thread]請讀這段討論。只列出必須有人去做的事。意見和道謝不要收。如果一件事可能有兩個人負責,請明講,不要猜。沒有日期就寫「沒有日期」。

討論:
[貼上討論]

Example result結果示例

1. Confirm the printer vendor. Owner unclear: both Priya and Len said "I can ask." No date. 2. Book the room for Thursday's demo. Owner: Len. Date: before Wednesday noon. Nothing else in the thread is an action.1. 確認印表機廠商。負責人不明:Priya 和 Len 都說「我可以問」。沒有日期。 2. 訂週四示範用的會議室。負責人:Len。日期:週三中午前。 討論串裡其他內容都不是待辦。

04 · Vendor quotes04 · 比較報價

Three quotes do not describe the same thing, and someone will add them up anyway.三份報價說的不是同一件事,但還是會有人把它們加在一起。

Compare these quotes. Put them on the same unit (per month, or one-time). Say what is missing. Do not pick a winner. Flag any number that is not actually comparable.

Quotes:
[paste quotes]請比較這些報價。先換成同一種單位(每月,或一次性)。寫出缺了什麼。不要替我選贏家。沒辦法放在一起比的數字,請標出來。

報價:
[貼上報價]

Example result結果示例

A is $400 per month and includes support. B is $3,600 per year, which is $300 per month, and support is extra. C is $90 per user per month, and the quote does not say how many users. Do not add these into one total. A and B can be compared per month. C cannot, until you know the headcount. Missing from all three: what happens if you cancel in month two.A 是每月 $400,含支援。B 是每年 $3,600,等於每月 $300,支援要另計。C 是每人每月 $90,報價沒寫人數。 這三個不能加總。A 和 B 可以按月比。C 在知道人數之前不能比。三份都沒寫:第二個月解約會怎樣。

05 · Weekly status05 · 每週進度

Your manager wants one screen, not your whole week.主管要的是一個畫面,不是你這週的全部。

Turn these bullets into a status note for my manager. Lead with the one decision I need from them. Then: progress, risks, next week. No cheerleading. If I do not need a decision, say "no decision needed" in the first line.

Bullets:
[paste bullets]請把這些條列改成給主管的進度。第一段只寫我需要他決定的一件事。接著才是進度、風險、下週。不要加油打氣。如果我不需要他決定,第一行就寫「不需要決定」。

條列:
[貼上條列]

Example result結果示例

Decision needed: approve $1,200 for the replacement test phones by Wednesday. The current pair cannot reproduce the iOS checkout bug. Progress: homepage copy is in review. The date is now 19 Oct. Risk: if the phones slip, Friday's test does too. Next week: rerun checkout on the new phones and freeze copy Thursday.需要決定:週三前是否核准 $1,200 買替換用的測試手機。現有的兩支重現不了 iOS 結帳問題。 進度:首頁文案審查中。日期已改為 10 月 19 日。 風險:手機若遲到,週五的測試也會延。 下週:用新手機重測結帳,週四凍結文案。

06 · Policy check06 · 對一下規定

You have a rule and a draft. You need the mismatches, not a rewrite.你有一份規定和一份草稿。你要的是對不上的地方,不是重寫。

Here is a policy and a draft. List only the places the draft fails the policy. Quote a short policy line, then the draft line. If the draft meets the policy, say "meets it" in one line. Do not invent extra rules.

Policy:
[paste policy]

Draft:
[paste draft]這裡有一份規定和一份草稿。只列出草稿不符合規定的地方。先摘一句規定,再摘草稿裡對應的句子。如果符合,用一行寫「符合」。不要自己加規定。

規定:
[貼上規定]

草稿:
[貼上草稿]

Example result結果示例

1. Policy: "Receipts over $50 need a named approver." Draft: the $80 dinner has no approver. Fails. 2. Policy: "Client names stay out of the slide title." Draft title is "Q3 review." Meets it. No other policy line is touched by this draft.1. 規定:「超過 $50 的收據要有具名核准人。」草稿:$80 的晚餐沒有核准人。不符合。 2. 規定:「投影片標題不要出現客戶名稱。」草稿標題是「第三季檢討」。符合。 這份草稿沒有碰到其他規定。

07 · Job description07 · 職務說明

The hiring note is a pile of wishes. The posting should be the work.徵人筆記是一堆希望。職缺應該寫的是工作本身。

Write a job description from these notes. Include outcomes for the first six months. Do not add personality words I did not use. If you add a requirement I did not state, mark it "added — delete if wrong".

Notes:
[paste notes]請用這些筆記寫一份職務說明。寫出前六個月要交出的成果。我沒寫的性格詞不要加。如果你補了一項我沒說的條件,標成「補上的,不對就刪」。

筆記:
[貼上筆記]

Example result結果示例

Role: Support editor, customer mail. First six months: - Answer the shared inbox within one working day. - Turn repeated questions into eight help-page fixes. - Leave a Friday note of what the inbox is actually about. Requirements stated in the notes: written English and Mandarin, weekday overlap with Taipei 13:00–17:00. Added — delete if wrong: none.職務:客服信件編輯。 前六個月: - 共用信箱在一個工作天內回覆。 - 把重複的問題收成八篇說明頁的修改。 - 每週五留一句話,說明信箱裡實際在問什麼。 筆記裡寫到的條件:中英文書寫,平日要和台北時間 13:00–17:00 重疊。 補上的,不對就刪:沒有。

08 · Contract obligations08 · 合約裡要做的事

You want the dates and duties out of the text. This is not legal advice.你要從文字裡抽出日期和義務。這不是法律意見。

I am not asking for legal advice. From this contract text, list my obligations, the other party's obligations, dates, and how it ends. Quote the clause number when you can see one. If a sentence is ambiguous, say ambiguous. Do not tell me whether to sign.

Text:
[paste the clauses you are reading]我不是在請你提供法律意見。請從這段合約文字列出我的義務、對方的義務、日期,以及怎麼結束。看得到條號就寫條號。句子不清楚就寫「不清楚」。不要告訴我該不該簽。

文字:
[貼上你正在看的條款]

Example result結果示例

Not legal advice. A reading of the pasted text only. Mine: pay the $2,000 setup fee within 14 days of signing (clause 3). Provide logo files within 7 days (clause 4). Theirs: deliver the first design within 21 days of receiving the logo (clause 4). Two revision rounds (clause 5). Ambiguous: clause 5 says "further revisions at our then-current rate" and does not give the rate. Ends: either side, 14 days' written notice after the first month (clause 8).這不是法律意見。只是在讀你貼上的文字。 我的義務:簽約後 14 天內付 $2,000 設置費(第 3 條)。7 天內提供標誌檔(第 4 條)。 對方的義務:收到標誌後 21 天內交第一版設計(第 4 條)。兩輪修改(第 5 條)。 不清楚:第 5 條寫「之後的修改依當時費率」,但沒寫費率。 結束方式:第一個月之後,任一方以書面提前 14 天通知(第 8 條)。

09 · Budget from a pile of costs09 · 把一堆費用收成預算

The numbers are in a chat. The total is not.數字散在對話裡,總額還沒有。

Turn these costs into a one-page budget. Group them. Mark each as one-time or monthly. Show a total for the numbers I actually gave. If a number is missing, leave it blank. Do not estimate.

Costs:
[paste costs]請把這些費用收成一頁預算。分組。每一項標成一次性或每月。只加總我真的給了的數字。缺的留白。不要估算。

費用:
[貼上費用]

Example result結果示例

One-time: domain $14, test phones $1,200. Subtotal $1,214. Monthly: hosting $28, inbox tool $12. Subtotal $40 per month. Not included, because you did not give a number: translation. Do not multiply the monthly line by 12 unless you decide the project lasts a year.一次性:網域 $14,測試手機 $1,200。小計 $1,214。 每月:主機 $28,信箱工具 $12。小計每月 $40。 沒放進去,因為你沒給數字:翻譯。 除非你決定這個案子做滿一年,否則不要把每月那一列乘上 12。

10 · Questions for a one-to-one10 · 一對一面談要問的

You have 25 minutes with someone on your team. You need questions, not a speech.你和團隊裡的人有 25 分鐘。你需要的是問題,不是一段講話。

Draft eight questions for a 25-minute one-to-one with [name, role]. Half about the work in front of them, half about what they need from me. No trick questions. No therapy voice. I will ask these out loud, so keep each one to a sentence.

Context:
[two or three sentences about the current work]請為我和[姓名、職務]的 25 分鐘一對一面談寫八個問題。一半問他眼前的工作,一半問他需要我做什麼。不要設陷阱。不要用諮商的語氣。我要當面問,所以每一題維持一句話。

背景:
[用兩三句話說明現在的工作]

Example result結果示例

Work 1. Which part of the iOS checkout bug is still yours, and which part is Jon's? 2. What would you drop if Thursday's copy deadline moved? 3. Where did the last review slow you down? 4. What should I stop asking you for weekly? Support 5. What do you need from me before Wednesday's phone decision? 6. Is the Taipei overlap still the hour that protects your evening? 7. Which recurring meeting should we cancel? 8. What should I notice if this slips again next week?

Play娛樂

02

These are for an evening, not a campaign. The sample result is short on purpose. Ask for more only after the first page works.這些是給一個晚上用的,不是給一整個活動。示例故意很短。第一頁能用之後,再要求加長。

01 · Dinner-party mystery01 · 晚餐會的推理

You need a mystery six people can play between courses.你需要一個六個人能在上菜之間玩的謎。

Write a dinner-party mystery for 6 guests. One object is missing. Give me: the premise in 8 lines, one secret clue for each guest, and the solution on its own at the end so I can hide it. No violence. A guest should be able to learn their clue in one minute. Names: [list names or say "invent them"].請寫一個六位客人的晚餐會推理。有一樣東西不見了。請給我:八行以內的前提、每位客人一則秘密線索、解答單獨放在最後,方便我先藏起來。不要有暴力。客人要能在一分鐘內看懂自己的線索。名字:[列出名字,或寫「請你取名」]。

Example result結果示例

Premise: The house key is not missing. The spare is. It was on the hall table at 7. Dinner started at 7:30. Clue, guest 1: You moved the flower vase at 7:10 and the key was still there. Clue, guest 2: You heard the balcony door at 7:20. You did not look. (The other four clues follow the same shape: one fact, one time, no accusation.) Solution, hide this: the spare is in the vase. Guest 3 put it there so the cat would not bat it off the table, then forgot.前提:不見的不是大門鑰匙,是備用鑰匙。七點時它還在玄關桌上。七點半開飯。 線索,客人 1:你 7:10 挪過花瓶,當時鑰匙還在。 線索,客人 2:你 7:20 聽見陽台門,沒有轉頭。 (另外四則同樣的形狀:一個事實、一個時間、不要指控誰。) 解答,先藏起來:備用鑰匙在花瓶裡。客人 3 怕貓把它扒下桌,放進去之後忘了。

02 · A shorter board game02 · 把桌遊改短

The game you own takes too long for a weeknight.你手上的遊戲,平日晚上玩不完。

Invent a 20-minute variant of [game you already own]. Keep the pieces we already have. Change one rule, not ten. Tell me: setup, the new rule, how the game ends, and what this variant is bad at.請為[你已經有的遊戲]設計一個 20 分鐘的變體。只用我們已經有的配件。只改一條規則,不要改十條。請告訴我:怎麼擺、新規則、怎麼結束,以及這個變體不擅長什麼。

Example result結果示例

Variant of a standard deck: play to 3 tricks, not a full hand. Setup is unchanged. New rule: the led suit still wins, but a 2 beats an ace once per deal, and the table must say so before it is played. The game ends at three deals. It is bad at the long bluff. It is good after dinner.用一副普通的牌:不打完整一手,改成搶三墩。擺法不變。新規則:引出的花色仍然贏,但每一局有一次,2 可以壓過 A,出之前要先說。三局結束。它不適合長時間的唬人。晚飯後很適合。

03 · One character, not a lore book03 · 一個角色,不要世界觀全書

A game or a story needs a person the players can talk to tonight.今晚的遊戲或故事需要一個玩家聊得起來的人。

Create one character I can play tonight: [role, for example a night-market cook]. Give me 8 lines they might say, one thing they want, one thing they will not do, and a secret of at most two sentences. No world history. No stat block.請寫一個我今晚就能用的角色:[角色,例如夜市攤販]。給我八句他可能說的話、一件他想要的事、一件他不肯做的事,以及最多兩句的秘密。不要世界史。不要數值表。

Example result結果示例

Wants: to close the stall before the rain. Will not: sell the last flask of soy milk, because it is his brother's. Secret: the "sold out" sign is already in his pocket. He is waiting for one regular. Lines include: "The youtiao is gone. The soup is not." and "If you are staying, stand under the light. The alley floods." The other six lines stay this short.想要:下雨前收攤。 不肯做:賣掉最後一壺豆漿,那是他弟弟的。 秘密:「賣完了」的牌子已經在口袋裡。他在等一位常客。 會說的話包括:「油條沒了。湯還有。」以及「要留就站到燈下面。巷子會淹。」另外六句也維持這麼短。

04 · A kind travel day04 · 溫和的荒唐旅行

You want a funny day, not a disaster story.你想要好笑的一天,不是災難故事。

Write a one-day travel story set in [city]. Three things go wrong. Nobody is humiliated, nothing is dangerous, and the day ends on one clear image. About 350 words. The narrator is me, and I am bad at [one ordinary skill].請寫一個發生在[城市]的一日旅行故事。三件事出錯。不要羞辱任何人,不要有危險,結尾留一個清楚的畫面。大約 350 字。敘事者是我,我不擅長[一項普通的技能]。

Example result結果示例

The day is Taipei. You are bad at folding maps, which matters because your phone is at 4 percent and you will not spend the battery on the route. Wrong one: you enter the wrong red door and sit through someone else's family breakfast long enough to be handed a tea egg. Wrong two: the bicycle you rent has a bell that only works if you apologize to it, according to the owner, and this turns out to be ordinary rust. Wrong three: the museum cloakroom gives you a ticket for a navy coat. You arrived in gray. Last image: you eat the tea egg on the museum steps, the navy-coat ticket still in your hand, and the rain starts on the river rather than on you.

05 · Cook what is already here05 · 用家裡有的東西做菜

You do not want a new shopping list.你不想再有一張採買清單。

I have these ingredients and no plan to shop: [list]. Cook one meal in the style of [cuisine]. Give me steps, time, and one substitution if I am missing a pantry staple. Do not add a protein I did not list. Say what to do with leftovers in one line.我有這些食材,不打算再買:[清單]。請用[菜系]的方式做一餐。給我步驟、時間,以及如果缺了一樣基本調味,可以怎麼換。不要加入我沒列的肉或海鮮。剩菜怎麼處理,用一行寫完。

Example result結果示例

Meal: soy-milk savory noodles, about 20 minutes. You listed soy milk, egg, scallion, noodle, salt. 1. Boil the noodles. 2. Warm the soy milk. Do not boil it hard. 3. Soft-scramble the egg in a separate pan. 4. Salt the milk, pour it over the noodles, top with egg and scallion. If you have no salt, the egg still needs a pinch of something salty; leave it out rather than adding sugar. Leftover: cool the noodles before they sit in the milk, or they turn to paste.這一餐:鹹豆漿麵,大約 20 分鐘。你列了豆漿、蛋、蔥、麵、鹽。 1. 麵煮熟。2. 豆漿加熱,不要大滾。3. 蛋在另一個鍋裡炒散、炒軟。4. 豆漿加鹽,淋在麵上,再放蛋和蔥。 如果沒有鹽,蛋還是需要一點鹹;沒有就省略,不要改加糖。 剩的:麵先放涼,再和豆漿放在一起,不然會糊掉。

06 · Icebreaker that does not hurt06 · 不會讓人下不了台的暖場

Eight coworkers, ten minutes, and nobody should have to perform.八位同事、十分鐘,而且沒有人該被逼著表演。

Design a 10-minute icebreaker for 8 coworkers who are not performers. No touching, no public confession, no "share your failure". Give me the exact words I should say, the steps, and the one way this goes wrong if I ignore a rule.請為 8 位不會表演的同事設計一個 10 分鐘的暖場。不要肢體接觸,不要公開告白,不要「分享你的失敗」。請給我該說的原話、步驟,以及如果我忽略某一條規則,會出什麼差錯。

Example result結果示例

Say this: "Write one true sentence about this week that contains a number. Do not explain it. Fold it. I will read four of them, and we will guess the number, not the person." Steps: one minute to write, six minutes of guessing, two minutes to stop. Do not ask who wrote it. If you ignore that last rule, the room starts ranking people's weeks. That is the failure.請這樣說:「寫一句這週的真話,裡面要有一個數字。不要解釋。摺起來。我會抽四張唸,大家猜的是數字,不是人。」 步驟:一分鐘寫,六分鐘猜,兩分鐘收。不要問是誰寫的。 如果你忽略最後那條,房間會開始給別人的一週打分數。那就是失敗。

07 · Bedtime story with a blank name07 · 睡前故事,名字先留白

The child wants to be in the story. You want it to end calmly.孩子想出現在故事裡。你希望它平靜地結束。

Write a bedtime story of about 400 words. The child's name is [name]. The problem is small and is solved by the end. No monster, no chase, no one is lost. End on the child getting into bed, so I can stop reading there.請寫一個大約 400 字的睡前故事。孩子的名字是[名字]。問題要小,結尾要解決。不要有怪物,不要追逐,不要有人走失。結尾停在孩子上床,這樣我可以在那裡把書合上。

Example result結果示例

[Name] cannot find the blue cup. It is not gone. It is drying upside down behind the big white bowl, which is why it looked like part of the bowl. The search is the kitchen, the balcony plant, and then the rack. The last picture is [Name] in bed, one hand still remembering the cup's handle, the light already off. Keep the three beats. Do not add a second problem.[名字]找不到藍杯子。杯子沒有不見。它倒扣在大白碗後面晾著,所以看起來像碗的一部分。尋找的地方是廚房、陽台的植物,然後是杯架。最後的畫面是[名字]躺在床上,手還記得杯把的形狀,燈已經關了。 維持這三段。不要再加第二個問題。

08 · Trivia you can check08 · 你可以核對的問答

A quiz is only useful if the answer can be checked.問答只有在答案查得到的時候才有用。

Write 8 trivia questions for adults about [topic]. Mix easy and harder. After the questions, give the answer and a source I can open: a book title, an institution, or "check this, I am not sure". Do not invent a precise number. If you are not sure, say so in the answer key.請為成人寫 8 題關於[主題]的問答。容易和稍難的混在一起。題目之後給答案,並給一個我打得開的來源:書名、機構,或「這個請再查,我沒有把握」。不要編造精確數字。沒有把握就在解答裡直說。

Example result結果示例

Topic used here: the Moon. 1. About how long is one lunar month, new moon to new moon? Answer: about 29.5 days. Source: any observatory's moon-phase page. Check the exact figure there. 2. Who was the last person to walk on the Moon in the Apollo program? Answer: Harrison Schmitt, Apollo 17, December 1972. Source: NASA's Apollo 17 mission page. Questions 3 to 8 follow the same shape: one fact, one place to verify, and the words "I am not sure" wherever the number is fuzzy.

You have the songs. You want the thread that connects them.歌你已經有了。你想要把它們串起來的那條線。

These are the songs, in this order: [list 8 songs]. Do not add songs. Describe the thread that connects them: mood, tempo, and where the turn is. Then suggest one song I could cut and one place the order is clumsy. If you do not know a song, say so and skip it rather than describing a song you invented.歌單順序如下:[列出 8 首歌]。不要加歌。請說明把它們串起來的那條線:情緒、節奏,以及轉折在哪一首。然後建議我可以拿掉一首,以及順序裡笨拙的一處。如果你不認識某一首,就直說並跳過,不要描述一首你編出來的歌。

Example result結果示例

Thread: the first three stay under 100 bpm and indoors. Song 4 is the turn: the drums arrive and the lyric stops apologizing. Songs 5 to 7 are the walk home. Song 8 is quieter than song 7, which is why it can end the list. Cut song 6. It repeats song 5's tempo without a new idea. Clumsy spot: song 2 into song 3. Both are whispers. Swap song 3 with song 5 if you want the room to wake up earlier. Unknown to me, so not described: [whichever title I cannot place].

10 · A story friends can continue10 · 朋友可以接下去的故事

You want the first page, and three doors, not the whole plot.你要的是第一頁和三扇門,不是整部情節。

Write the opening of a cooperative story, about 150 words, set in [place]. End with exactly three choices. Each choice must change the place or the object, not just the adjective. Do not write what happens after the choice. Leave the names as [A] and [B].請寫一個合作故事的開頭,大約 150 字,場景在[地方]。結尾正好給三個選擇。每個選擇都要改變地點或物件,不要只改形容詞。不要寫選了之後發生什麼。名字用[A]和[B]。

Example result結果示例

01 · A week with three priorities01 · 一週只排三件要緊的

The list is longer than the week.清單比這一週還長。

Turn this list into a plan for the next 7 days. At most 3 priorities per day. Everything else goes on a later list, unnamed by day. Tell me what I should drop if Wednesday collapses. Do not schedule my sleep.

List:

清單:
[貼上清單]

Example result結果示例

Monday: dentist, send the tax folder, 25-minute walk. Tuesday: one hour on the course, buy the train ticket, call your sister. Wednesday: the course again, and nothing else that needs a decision. If Wednesday collapses, drop the walk and the sister's call, not the tax folder. The tax folder is the only item with a date you do not control. Later, not this week: the closet, the photo backup.週一:看牙醫、寄出報稅資料夾、走 25 分鐘。 週二:課程一小時、買火車票、打給姐姐。 週三:再上一次課。其他需要做決定的事都不要排。 如果週三垮了,拿掉散步和給姐姐的電話,不要拿掉報稅資料夾。那是唯一一個日期不由你決定的項目。 以後,不是這週:衣櫃、照片備份。

Pocket: passport, card, a photocopy of the passport left in the bag's sleeve, not the pocket. Does not earn its weight: the second pair of shoes. The rain is the reason, not the outfit.台北四天,可能下雨,一個背包。 身上穿的:你真的會走路的那雙鞋、一件薄外套。 放進袋子的:4 件上衣、1 條替換長褲、內衣、摺疊傘、充電器、每天要吃的藥。 口袋:護照、卡片。護照影本放在袋子的夾層,不要放口袋。 不值得占重量:第二雙鞋。理由是雨,不是造型。

If they get defensive: "I am asking about the timing of the news, not about who slipped." 開場:「進週四的會議之前,我想先談那件事。」 事實:「上次日期改了,我是已經坐在會議室裡才知道。」 請求:「如果日期再改,當天告訴我,即使新日期還沒選好。」 如果對方防備起來:「我問的是消息什麼時候到,不是在問是誰延誤。」

04 · Sort a month of spending04 · 把一個月的花費分類

You described the month in sentences. You need categories, not a lecture.你用句子描述了這個月。你需要的是分類,不是訓話。

Here is a month of spending, written as sentences. Group it into at most 6 categories. Total each category. Point at the one category that surprised you, and say why, using only numbers I gave. Do not tell me to stop buying coffee.

Example result結果示例

Rent and utilities $1,180. Groceries $420. Eating out $260. Transport $90. One-off: the dentist $140. Gifts $45. The surprise is eating out against groceries: eating out is more than half of groceries, in a month you described as "mostly cooking." The dentist is not a habit. Do not average it into next month.房租和水電 $1,180。菜錢 $420。外食 $260。交通 $90。一次性:牙醫 $140。禮物 $45。 意外的是外食對上菜錢:你說這個月「大多自己煮」,但外食超過菜錢的一半。牙醫不是習慣。不要把它平均進下個月。

05 · Start the habit again05 · 把習慣重新開始

You stopped two weeks ago. The old plan was too big.你停了兩週。舊計畫太大。

I stopped [habit] for two weeks. The old plan was [old plan]. Design the smallest version that still counts, a trigger tied to something I already do, and what to do on a day that goes badly. Do not give me a 30-day challenge. One week only.[習慣]我停了兩週。舊計畫是[舊計畫]。請設計一個小到仍然算數的版本、一個綁在我已經在做的事上的觸發,以及糟糕的那天該怎麼做。不要給我 30 天挑戰。只排一週。

Example result結果示例

Smallest version: one page, not a chapter. It counts if you write four sentences. Trigger: after you pour the morning coffee, before you open mail. A bad day: write the date and one sentence. That still counts. Do not "catch up" by doubling Thursday. This week: Monday through Friday, the coffee rule. Weekend is off on purpose.最小的版本:一頁,不是一章。寫滿四句就算。 觸發:早上倒了咖啡之後、打開信箱之前。 糟糕的那天:寫下日期和一句話。這樣仍然算。不要用週四加倍來「補回來」。 這一週:週一到週五用咖啡那條規則。週末故意休息。

Suggest 5 gifts for [person]. Budget [amount]. They care about [interests]. Do not suggest [excluded]. For each gift: what it is, why it fits, and where it fails the constraint if I am careless. No scent, no gag gift, no "experience" that requires me to book their calendar.請為[誰]提 5 個禮物。預算[金額]。他在意[興趣]。不要提[排除項目]。每一個請寫:是什麼、為什麼適合,以及如果我不小心、會在哪個限制上失敗。不要香水氣味,不要整人禮物,不要需要我去訂他日程的「體驗」。

Example result結果示例

1. A heavy cutting board. Fits because they cook. Fails if it is so large it will not fit the kitchen they rent. 2. A notebook with blank pages, not a guided journal. Fails if you pick the one full of prompts. 3. A single good knife, under the budget, with a sheath. Fails if you add a five-piece set and blow the budget. 4. The cookbook they mentioned, used, if the new copy is over budget. Fails if you guess the edition. 5. A bag of the dried chilies they cannot find locally, plus a plain note. Fails if you turn it into a hamper.1. 一塊厚砧板。他會做菜,所以適合。失敗點:大到他租的廚房放不下。 2. 空白筆記本,不是引導式日記。失敗點:你挑到整本都是提示的那一本。 3. 一把好刀,在預算內,附刀套。失敗點:你改買五件組,預算就破了。 4. 他提過的那本食譜;新書超預算就買二手。失敗點:你猜錯版本。 5. 一包他當地買不到的乾辣椒,加一張普通的紙條。失敗點:你把它做成禮籃。

07 · Questions before an appointment07 · 看診前要問的

Bring questions. Do not bring a diagnosis you invented.帶問題去。不要帶一個你自己發明的診斷。

I have an appointment about [symptom or topic]. Draft questions I can ask, what to write down during the visit, and what would make me seek urgent care before the appointment. Do not diagnose me. Do not suggest medicines, doses, or supplements. Use plain language.我預約了[症狀或主題]。請起草我可以問的問題、看診時該記下什麼,以及在預約之前、什麼情況該先去急診。不要診斷我。不要建議藥品、劑量或保健品。用白話。

Example result結果示例

Ask: When did this start, in their view, given what I describe? What would change the plan? What should I watch for this week? When should I come back if nothing changes? Write down: the name they use for the plan, the next date, and any instruction I might forget on the way home. Seek urgent care before the visit if breathing, chest pain, fainting, or bleeding that will not stop shows up. This list is a reminder to get help, not an assessment of you.可以問:依我描述的情況,他們認為是什麼時候開始的?什麼情況會改變做法?這週我該注意什麼?如果沒有變化,什麼時候該再來? 記下:他們給這個做法的名稱、下一次的日期,以及我回家路上可能忘記的指示。 看診之前,如果出現呼吸困難、胸痛、昏厥,或止不住的出血,先去急診。這是提醒你去求助,不是在評估你。

08 · Apartment viewing08 · 看房時要核對的

You will like the light and forget the water pressure.你會喜歡光線,然後忘記水壓。

Make a viewing checklist for a [studio or one-bedroom] I might rent. Group it into what I can see in 15 minutes, what I must ask the agent, and what I should check again at night. I can join the Saturday walk you mentioned, if that invitation is still open. If it is not, no replacement is needed.謝謝邀請我週四的晚餐。我不去。那天晚上我和姐姐有固定的電話,我不想改。 如果你提過的週六散步還算數,我可以參加。如果不算數,不必再找替代。

10 · A 90-minute Sunday reset10 · 90 分鐘的週日重置

You have an hour and a half, not a new personality.你有一個半小時,不是一個新的性格。

Plan a 90-minute Sunday reset for an apartment and a week of admin. Include a stop time. Three blocks at most. End with the apartment usable, not perfect, and with tomorrow's bag or clothes chosen. Do not add exercise unless I ask.請為一間公寓和一週的行政事務,排一個 90 分鐘的週日重置。要有停止時間。最多三個時段。結束時公寓是能用的,不是完美的,而且明天的袋子或衣服已經挑好。我沒有要求的話,不要加運動。

Example result結果示例

0–30: surfaces in the kitchen and the table where you work. Dishes, not the oven. 30–60: the admin pile. Pay or file only the items with a date this week. The rest get one envelope. 60–90: choose tomorrow's clothes, pack the bag, take the trash out. Stop at 90 even if the envelope remains. The envelope is the point. A second hour is how this becomes a chore you skip.0–30:廚房檯面,以及你工作的那張桌子。洗碗,不要清烤箱。 30–60:那疊行政文件。只付或只歸檔這週有日期的。其他的放進一個信封。 60–90:挑好明天的衣服,裝好袋子,垃圾拿出去。 90 分鐘到了就停,即使信封還在。信封就是重點。再加一小時,這件事就會變成你想逃的家事。

The sample topic is a search index, except where the prompt is about a sentence or a percentage. Swap in your course. Do not cite a source the answer invented.示例的主題是搜尋索引,除非那一則是在改句子或算百分比。請換成你的課。不要引用答案自己編出來的來源。

01 · Three levels of the same idea01 · 同一個想法,三種程度

You need the idea at three depths, with the same example.你需要同一個例子,講到三種深度。

Explain [topic] at three levels: a curious 12-year-old, a first-year student, and a practitioner. Use the same example in all three. Do not change the example to sound advanced. At the end, name one thing the simple version left out on purpose.請用三種程度解釋[主題]:好奇的 12 歲、大一學生、實務上會用的人。三個程度用同一個例子。不要為了聽起來高級而換例子。最後指出一件簡單版故意沒說的事。

Example result結果示例

Topic: a search index. 12: a book's index. You do not read every page to find "Taipei". You use the list at the back. First-year: the list is built ahead of time. Looking up the word is cheap. Building the list was the expensive part. Practitioner: the same idea, plus what you rebuild when the documents change, and what you store so you do not rebuild every night. Left out on purpose in the simple version: what happens when the same word means two things.主題:搜尋索引。 12 歲:書後面的索引。你不會為了找「台北」把每一頁讀過。你用書後的那份清單。 大一:清單是事先做好的。查那個詞很便宜。做清單才貴。 實務:同樣的想法,再加上文件變了要重建什麼,以及你存下什麼才不必每晚重建。 簡單版故意沒說的:同一個詞有兩種意思時怎麼辦。

02 · Quiz me, then mark it02 · 先考我,再批改

You want questions first. The answers come after you have tried.你要先有題目。答案等你試過再出現。

Quiz me on [topic]. Ask 6 questions. Do not show the answers yet. Say "stop here". Then, after a blank line, give the answer key: the answer, why the nearest wrong idea fails, and one thing I should reread if I missed it. Stay inside the topic. Do not add a seventh question in the key.請考我[主題]。出 6 題。先不要給答案。寫「先停在這裡」。空一行之後再給解答:答案、最接近的錯誤想法為什麼錯,以及如果我答錯、該重讀的一件事。不要超出主題。解答裡不要再加第七題。

Example result結果示例

1. In one sentence, what does an index save you from doing at search time? 2. Why is building the index the expensive part? (Questions 3 to 6 stay on the same topic.) Stop here. Key, question 1: it saves you from reading every document. The nearest wrong idea is "it makes the documents shorter." It does not. It makes the lookup shorter. Reread: the difference between the documents and the list that points at them.1. 用一句話說,索引讓你在搜尋時不必做什麼? 2. 為什麼做索引才是貴的那一段? (第 3 到第 6 題留在同一個主題。) 先停在這裡。 解答,第 1 題:它讓你不必把每份文件讀過。最接近的錯誤想法是「它把文件變短」。沒有。它把查找變短。 該重讀的:文件本身,和指向文件的那份清單,兩者的差別。

03 · Flashcards with the mix-up03 · 抽認卡,並寫出容易混的地方

The back of the card should include the mistake you actually make.卡片背面該寫上你真正會犯的那個錯。

Make 8 flashcards for [topic]. Front: a question. Back: one sentence of answer, then one sentence that starts "Do not confuse this with". Use words I can say out loud. No hints on the front.請為[主題]做 8 張抽認卡。正面是問題。背面先用一句話回答,再用一句「不要把它和……搞混」。用我唸得出來的詞。正面不要有提示。

Example result結果示例

Front: What does the index store? Back: Pointers from a word to the places it occurs. Do not confuse this with storing a shorter copy of every document. The other seven cards keep that shape: one fact, then the mix-up.正面:索引存的是什麼? 背面:從一個詞指向它出現位置的指標。不要把它和「每份文件的縮短副本」搞混。 另外七張維持這個形狀:一個事實,然後是容易混的地方。

04 · Outline, not the paper04 · 大綱,不是論文

You need the shape of the paper and the evidence each part still needs.你需要論文的形狀,以及每一段還缺什麼證據。

Outline a short paper on this question: [question]. Do not write the paper. Give me a claim I could defend, three sections, and what evidence each section needs. Mark any evidence I have not given you as "still needed". My notes are: [notes or "none yet"].請為這個問題列一份短論文大綱:[問題]。不要寫論文。給我一個我守得住的主張、三個段落,以及每一段需要什麼證據。我還沒給你的證據,標成「還缺」。我的筆記:[筆記,或「還沒有」]。

Example result結果示例

Question: does a smaller weekly quiz help more than one big exam? Claim you could defend, not yet proven: the weekly quiz helps only when the feedback arrives before the next quiz. Section 1 needs a definition of "helps". Still needed. Section 2 needs one study that timed the feedback. Still needed. Do not cite a study I did not paste. Section 3 needs your own course's constraint: how fast feedback can actually return.問題:每週的小測驗,是否比一次大考更有幫助? 你守得住、但尚未證明的主張:只有在回饋趕上下一次小測驗之前送到,小測驗才有幫助。 第 1 段需要「有幫助」的定義。還缺。 第 2 段需要一份量過回饋時間的研究。還缺。不要引用我沒貼上的研究。 第 3 段需要你自己這門課的限制:回饋實際上能多快回來。

05 · Correct my paragraph05 · 改我的段落

Keep the voice. Show the changes. Teach one rule.留住語氣。指出改了什麼。只教一條規則。

Correct this paragraph. Then list the changes. Then give me one rule to remember, not five. Keep my meaning and my voice. If a sentence is fine, say so.

Paragraph:
[paste]請改正這段話。然後列出改了什麼。最後只給我一條要記住的規則,不要五條。保留我的意思和語氣。哪一句沒問題,也請說。

段落:
[貼上]

Example result結果示例

Corrected: "I agree with the plan, and we can discuss it tomorrow." Changes: "I am agree" to "I agree". "discussing" to "discuss". The second clause was fine once the verb was fixed. Rule: after "can", use the base verb. "Can discuss", not "can discussing".改正後:「我同意這個做法,我們明天可以再談。」 改了什麼:「我是同意」改成「我同意」。「討論著」改成「談」。 動詞一改,後面那句就沒問題。 規則:能力已經用「可以」表達了,後面的動詞不要再加進行的樣子。

06 · Compare two ideas06 · 比較兩個想法

You need where each one fails, not a winner's speech.你要知道各自在哪裡失敗,不是勝者的講稿。

Compare [idea A] and [idea B] for [my situation]. For each: the claim, the kind of evidence it needs, and where it fails. Do not declare a winner. End with the one observation that would make me pick A, and the one that would make me pick B.請針對[我的情況]比較[想法 A]和[想法 B]。每一個都寫:主張、它需要哪一種證據、它在哪裡失敗。不要宣布贏家。結尾寫:哪一個觀察會讓我選 A,哪一個觀察會讓我選 B。

Example result結果示例

A, weekly quizzes: claim is frequent retrieval. Evidence needed: scores tracked across weeks. Fails when feedback is so late it becomes another exam. B, one exam: claim is a single, comparable measure. Evidence needed: that the course only needs a measure, not practice. Fails when students meet the material once. Pick A if late work is the actual problem. Pick B if the only goal is a number the department can compare.A,每週小測驗:主張是常常提取。需要的證據是一週週追蹤的分數。失敗點:回饋晚到變成另一次考試。 B,一次大考:主張是單一、可以比較的測量。需要的證據是這門課只需要測量,不需要練習。失敗點:學生只會遇見材料一次。 如果真正的問題是作業交太晚,選 A。如果目標只是系上可以比較的一個數字,選 B。

07 · A worked example, then my turn07 · 先示範一題,再換我做

Show one solution. Leave the next one unfinished, with a hint.示範一題。下一題不要做完,只給提示。

Teach [skill] with one worked example. Show every step. Then give me a similar problem and one hint. Do not solve the second problem. Do not skip a step in the first because it feels obvious.請用一個完整例題教我[技能]。每一步都寫出來。然後給我一題類似的,和一個提示。第二題不要解。第一題不要因為覺得明顯就跳步。

Example result結果示例

Skill: 15 percent of a number. Worked: 15 percent of 80. 15 percent is 15/100 = 0.15. 0.15 × 80 = 12. Your turn: 15 percent of 60. Hint: use 0.15 again. Do not divide by 15.技能:一個數的 15%。 例題:80 的 15%。15% 是 15/100,也就是 0.15。0.15 × 80 = 12。 換你:60 的 15%。 提示:再用一次 0.15。不要除以 15。

08 · Ten days, forty-five minutes08 · 十天,每次 45 分鐘

The plan has to include review, or you will only meet new material.計畫裡必須有複習,不然你只會一直碰新的。

Make a 10-day study plan for [subject]. Each day is 45 minutes. At least 3 of the days are review, not new material. Say what "done" means for each day. Leave day 10 as a practice test of the earlier days, not a new topic.請為[科目]排一個 10 天的讀書計畫。每天 45 分鐘。至少 3 天是複習,不是新內容。每一天的「做完」是什麼,請寫出來。第 10 天留給前面幾天的練習測驗,不要排新主題。

Example result結果示例

Days 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8: new material, one section each. Done means you can close the book and say the section's question out loud. Days 3, 6, 9: review the previous new days, from memory first. Done means the misses are written down. Day 10: six questions drawn only from days 1 to 9. Done means you marked them. No new chapter.第 1、2、4、5、7、8 天:新內容,每天一節。做完的意思是合上書,還能把那一節的問題說出來。 第 3、6、9 天:複習前面的新內容,先憑記憶。做完的意思是把不會的寫下來。 第 10 天:只從第 1 到第 9 天出六題。做完的意思是你批改了。沒有新的一章。

09 · Before you cite it09 · 引用之前先核對

A link is not yet a source.一個連結還不算來源。

Give me a checklist I can run before I cite a source in [kind of work: a school essay or a memo]. Include what the source must show, questions that should make me reject a blog post, and how to record the quote so I can find it again. Do not pick sources for me.請給我一份清單,讓我在[哪一種工作:學校報告或備忘錄]引用來源之前先跑過。包括來源必須呈現什麼、哪些問題會讓我拒絕一篇部落格,以及引文要怎麼記才找得回來。不要替我選來源。

Example result結果示例

The source must show who wrote it, when, and how a reader can open it again. Reject the blog if it has no date, no named author, or a precise number with no link to where the number was measured. Record: the quote, the page or paragraph, the URL, and the date you opened it. If you cannot find the quote again from your note, you do not yet have a citation.來源必須讓人看出是誰寫的、什麼時候寫的,以及讀者要怎麼再次打開它。 沒有日期、沒有具名作者,或一個精確數字卻沒有連到測量出處的部落格,拒絕它。 記下:引文、頁碼或段落、網址,以及你打開它的日期。如果你的筆記無法再找到那句引文,你就還沒有一條引用。

10 · Oral exam, both sides10 · 口試的兩邊

Practice the question an examiner would actually ask.練習考官真的會問的那一題。

I have an oral exam on [topic]. Give me 5 questions an examiner would ask. For each, say what a strong answer includes and what a weak answer does instead. Do not write the full answer for me. I have to say it.我有一場關於[主題]的口試。請給我 5 個考官會問的問題。每一題說明:好的回答要包含什麼,弱的回答會用什麼代替。不要替我寫完整答案。我得自己說。

Example result結果示例

1. "Define the term, then give one example that is not the definition repeated." Strong: definition, then a different case. Weak: the definition twice, with new adjectives. 2. "Where does this fail?" Strong: one limit, and what you would look at instead. Weak: "it depends", and a stop. Questions 3 to 5 keep that pair: the examiner's sentence, the strong contents, the weak substitute.1. 「先定義,再給一個不是把定義重說一次的例子。」 好的回答:定義,然後一個不同的情況。弱的回答:定義說兩遍,只換了形容詞。 2. 「這在哪裡會失敗?」 好的回答:一個限制,以及你會改看什麼。弱的回答:「要看情況」,然後停住。 第 3 到第 5 題維持這一組:考官的句子、好回答要有的內容、弱回答拿來充數的東西。

01 · Tea, push in01 · 茶,推近

One object, one camera move, six seconds.一件東西、一個運鏡、六秒。

6-second shot. A ceramic cup of tea on a wooden table. The camera pushes in slowly. Steam rises. Morning light. No people, no text, no music cue. End closer on the surface of the tea, still moving.6 秒。木桌上的一隻陶杯,裡面倒著茶。鏡頭慢慢推近。蒸氣上升。早晨的光。不要人,不要文字,不要配樂指示。結尾更靠近茶的表面,茶還在動。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the cup is already in frame at the start. The move is a slow push, not a cut. Steam is visible against the darker background. By the last second the frame is the tea's surface, and it has not gone still. If the cup jumps or the steam pops on in frame two, it missed.你該看到的:一開始杯子就在畫面裡。運動是慢慢推近,不是切鏡。蒸氣在較暗的背景前看得見。最後一秒是茶的表面,而且沒有停住。如果杯子忽然跳了一下,或蒸氣在第二格才突然出現,就沒有對上。

02 · One wave02 · 一道浪

A single action, filmed from one place.一個動作,機位不換。

8-second shot. One wave approaches a dark sand beach and breaks. Camera locked off, low, near the sand. Overcast. No people, no surfboard, no text. The sound, if the tool makes sound, is only the wave.8 秒。一道浪靠近深色的沙灘,然後碎開。相機固定,放低,靠近沙。陰天。不要人,不要衝浪板,不要文字。如果工具會出聲音,只能有浪聲。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the horizon stays put, because the camera does not move. The wave enters, rises, and breaks once. The water then runs up the sand and thins. A second wave starting before the first has finished is a different shot.你該看到的:地平線不動,因為相機不動。浪進來、升起、碎一次。水接著爬上沙,然後變薄。第一道還沒結束就開始第二道,那是另一個鏡頭。

03 · Cyclist at dawn03 · 黎明的腳踏車

A person far enough away that the face is not the subject.人要遠到臉不是主體。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the rider enters from one side and leaves from the other. The lamp is already on at frame one. The road stays empty behind them. If the face becomes a portrait, the camera was too close.你該看到的:騎士從一邊進入,從另一邊離開。第一格路燈就是亮的。他身後的路保持空的。如果臉變成肖像,就是相機太近。

04 · Paper boat04 · 紙船

Rain, a gutter, one handmade object.雨、排水溝、一件手作的東西。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: rain from the first frame, the boat moving with the water, the camera drifting rather than cutting. The paper darkens where it is wet. If the boat slides like a sticker over a still street, the water is not carrying it.你該看到的:第一格就有雨,船跟著水走,鏡頭是漂而不是切。紙濕的地方顏色變深。如果船像貼紙一樣在靜止的街上滑,就不是水在載它。

05 · Onto the windowsill05 · 跳上窗台

An animal, one jump, the end is the landing.一隻動物、一次跳躍,結尾是落地。

6-second shot. A cat jumps from a chair onto a sunny windowsill and lands. Start on the chair. End on the cat settled, looking out. No people, no text. One take, no cut.6 秒。一隻貓從椅子跳上有陽光的窗台,然後落地。從椅子開始。結尾是貓停好,看向外面。不要人,不要文字。一個鏡頭,不要切。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the chair, the jump, the landing, in that order, without a cut hiding the middle. The last frame is the cat still, on the sill. A morph from chair to sill, with no air in between, missed the action.你該看到的:椅子、起跳、落地,按這個順序,中間不要用切鏡藏起來。最後一格是貓停在窗台上。如果從椅子直接變成窗台、中間沒有騰空,這個動作就沒有拍到。

8-second time-lapse. Clouds move over a still landscape of fields. The ground does not move. Late afternoon into a slightly darker evening. No planes, no text, no people.8 秒縮時。雲在一片不動的田野上移動。地面不移動。從傍晚稍晚,到再暗一點的晚上。不要飛機,不要文字,不要人。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the horizon and the fields stay locked. Only the clouds, and a little of the light, change. If the ground slides, the camera was not locked, and it is no longer this shot.你該看到的:地平線和田固定不動。變的只有雲,以及一點光線。如果地面在滑,相機就沒有鎖住,也就不再是這個鏡頭。

Work, close, no face.在做事,近,不要臉。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: flour, board, dough, and two hands, moving in a repeat. The dough changes shape a little and is not suddenly a finished loaf. Extra fingers, or a hand that melts into the dough, are failures.你該看到的:麵粉、木板、麵團,以及兩隻在重複動作的手。麵團形狀有一點變化,但不會突然變成烤好的麵包。多出來的手指,或手融進麵團裡,都是失敗。

08 · A small station08 · 小車站

A train arrives. The camera does not chase it.火車進站。相機不要追。

8-second shot. A short passenger train arrives at a small station in the morning. Camera still, on the platform. A few people far away, faces not readable. No text you can read, no announcement board with words.8 秒。早晨,一列短的客車進小站。相機固定,在月台上。遠處有幾個人,看不清臉。不要讀得懂的文字,告示板不要出現字。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the platform first, then the train entering and slowing. The camera does not pan to follow a face. People stay small in the frame. Readable destination text means the prompt's "no text" was lost.你該看到的:先是月台,然後火車進來、慢下來。相機不要跟著一張臉搖。人在畫面裡保持很小。如果目的地文字讀得懂,提示裡的「不要文字」就丟了。

09 · Lanterns09 · 燈籠

Wind, and objects that should move with it.有風,該被風帶動的東西就要動。

6-second shot. Paper lanterns hang in a courtyard at night and move in a light breeze. Warm light from inside the lanterns. Camera still. No people, no readable characters on the paper, no fireworks.6 秒。夜晚,庭院裡掛著紙燈籠,被一陣小風帶動。燈籠內部是暖光。相機不動。不要人,紙上不要讀得懂的字,不要煙火。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: the lanterns sway, and they sway together, because it is one breeze. The light stays inside the paper. The courtyard does not slide. Characters sharp enough to read are a miss.你該看到的:燈籠搖動,而且一起搖,因為是同一陣風。光留在紙的裡面。庭院不該滑動。字清晰到讀得出來,就是沒對上。

10 · A seedling10 · 一株幼苗

A macro shot. Growth you can almost see.微距。成長幾乎看得見。

8-second macro shot. A seedling in dark soil, one new leaf, water beading nearby. The camera is still and very close. Soft light. No hands, no text, no pot logo. A slight movement of the leaf is enough.8 秒微距。深色土壤裡的一株幼苗,一片新葉,附近有水珠。相機不動,非常近。柔和的光。不要手,不要文字,花盆上不要標誌。葉子有一點輕微的動就夠了。

Example result結果示例

What you should see: soil, one plant, water, and a leaf that moves a little. The framing does not zoom during the shot. A flower blooming from nothing in eight seconds is a different, less honest shot.你該看到的:土、一株植物、水,以及輕微動了一下的葉子。鏡頭中途不要變焦。八秒內從無到有開出一朵花,是另一個、比較不誠實的鏡頭。
